Will we need to change key vault access to RBAC?

We have received a notification from MS about Azure API version 2026-02-01 and transitioning to Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

When will AzureSignTool switch to that API? When it does, will we need to change our key vault access? For planning purposes, I want to determine if there will be a hard deadline when we have to change or if we can do it at our own pace.
