CentOS: 3 notifications at the same time

The script sends me three notifications at the same time on CentOS 7.9, although only one recipient address is specified and only one user logons too. On Ubuntu it works as expected.
Why?

Maybe the profile.d read multiple time ? Or you have ZSH initialized two times ?
