* Bump aws-sdk-s3 to latest version

* Bump aws-config to at least 1.8.13

This is the first version to use aws-smithy-http 0.63

* Bump aws crates to use aws-smithy-http 0.63

* Remove RUSTSEC-2026-0002 from deny.toml

* Allow BlueOak-1.0.0 and include license

* Fix deny.toml

* cargo vdev build licenses

* Bump msrv to 1.92 due to aws crates
