S3 Source: S3 object was reject/not delivered

Question

I'm trying to use s3 source but I notice that some files are not getting the S3 object was rejected. Some of my files don't even get the acknowledgement log and don't make it to vector. Some of them do get the acknowledgement, I'm trying to debug why this is happening. Is there anything more I can look into? When we use aws_s3 source what happens to sqs message when a large item is being processed, do the other messages in the queue wait until it's done or does it timeout?
