Output pane shows VECTORCAST_DIR miss-match error on environment rebuild

We have suppressed these errors from most clicast/vpython commands, but the error still shows for rebuild.

test explorer  [info]  VectorCAST has detected that the launched executable differs from the location
test explorer  [info]  specified by the environment variable VECTORCAST_DIR.

When you look at this, just review examples of how we use: cleanVectorcastOutput() in other cases
Also, ensure that the clean works in server mode also
