Cannot Install on PrestaShop 1.5.6.0

Loading the page /vfadmin/public/ to perform the installation returns the below error:
SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'motoshop_pres823.elite_1_definition' doesn't exist, query was: SELECT count(*) FROM elite_1_definition

Then trying to create schema by going to Settings and then clicking "Create Schema" returns the below:
Invalid level [Schema requires at least two levels]

Any advice please?

I tried with three levels (Make,model,year) and works fine!

I found another bug: When I install the module returned a 500 error... Why?

I eventually found a show stopper where nobody has been able to help me: http://vehiclefits.com/forums/index.php?p=/discussion/221/search-using-vaf-1-0-1-on-ps-1-5-6-01-returns-blank-page#Item_10 so this is where I am (still not being able to use the filter on my 1.5.6.0
