When an order is paid online via credit card but needs to be refunded on-site using a different payment method, we are currently unable to handle that scenario. Even if an additional on-site payment method is available, we are blocked because the system requires the refund to be processed through the same method used for the original payment.

At the moment, refunds can only be issued using one of the payment methods originally used in the order.

Expected Behavior:
We should be able to process a refund using a different payment method than the one used for the original transaction — for example, refunding in cash or via a terminal on-site, even if the initial payment was made online by credit card.
