Unable to add shipping address on checkout page if the initial "Add shipping address" dialog is closed #14
Description
Problem
On the checkout page, If a customer does not have any shipping addresses saved, they will be prompted to create a new shipping address via a dialog. This dialog can be closed, leaving the user without a way to re-open it without reloading the page.
Expected outcome
If a customer has no shipping addresses and the initial "Add shipping address" dialog is closed, there should either be a button or something that they can click to bring the dialog back up or the dialog should not be able to be closed until an address is saved
