Dashboard: channel content language not selectable until page reload #4379

Describe the bug
When adding a new content language, the language does not appear in the language selector until the page is manually reloaded.
To Reproduce
Follow steps on the below video
Expected behavior
We shouldn't need to manually reload to select a language after adding it
Actual behavior
We need to manually reload the page
