chore(main): release 0.2.0 (#138)

* chore(main): release 0.2.0

* chore(ci): update lint workflow for improved conventional commit checks

- Added missing types (`chore`, `doc`) and scopes (`build`, `cicd`, `docs`, `editing`, `main`, `samples`) to `lint-pr.yml`.
- Removed deprecated scope `highlighting` for alignment with supported criteria.

* chore(build): simplify release-please configuration

- Removed regex-based versioning for `gradle.properties` in `release-please-config.json`.
- Updated configuration to directly include `gradle.properties` as an extra file.

* chore(build): add version tags for release-please in gradle.properties

- Included `x-release-please-start-version` and `x-release-please-end` tags to `pluginVersion` in `gradle.properties`.
- These markers enable automated version management with `release-please`.
