Describe the bug
Network doc is incorrect or out of date:
[...] routes the encrypted messages to the right Runtime Manager instance identified by its session id- no, the session ID seems to identify the client TLS session
- Is the network stack diagram up to date? AFAIK there's no base64 conversion anymore
