when enable PlatformLocked in boot loader, the password become invalid

Hello,
I need do this "Use it with PlatformLocked or TPMLocked enabled to lock password to the computer." and    set
 <config key="PlatformLocked">1</config>.
After this, the password always invalid , however, I sure the password is ok. 
After disable this, the password is ok, too.

So, any issue or something I missed?
