Deprecation warnings on PHP 8.4 due to Voku dependencies

Describe the bug

When running Formie on PHP 8.4 I get PHP deprecation warnings due to voku\helper which seems to be a dependency of voku/anti-xss, which is a dependency of Formie.

It seems like Voku packages are no longer being maintained and have many unanswered PHP 8.4 compatibility issues. Craft 5.9 just removed its dependency on Voku packages to solve this issue.

Is Formie able to make similar updates to fix these deprecation warnings?

Steps to reproduce

1. Install Formie v3.1.10 on Craft v5.9.1.
2. In the console run php Craft.
3. Note the "deprecated" warnings that are at the start of the console response.

Form settings

• Multi-page form: No
• Submission Method: Page Reload
• Client-side Validation: No
• Custom Form Templates: Yes
