Feature Request: add name property to tool

It would be nice to be able to specify a name for a tool within the tool declaration. In this way, you can optimize the tool name for the model without having to update it in the rest of your downstream application UI.

This will create all kinds of complications, because the tool names come from the keys in the hash. We will end up with broken type inference and conflicting tool names.
