`=` and `-` ligatures

Please add ligatures for = and - when they appear more than 3 times in a row, it looks nicer when someone uses them as huge separators

While we are at it, can we rethink the ligatures for hashes?

This looks terrible in markdown - either all subsequent hashes should be connected or not connected at all.
