Here's my take being new to next-forge from a DX perspective. It is 100% what's needed to run a scalable, production-ready, top tier application. The problem is it throws everything at you at once. It would not surprise me if most people have no clue what 90% of the SaaS integrations are, or how to properly utilize the information to even make it valuable. Even reading through the docs and having previously worked with most of them, it initially took ~2 hours to get the app and web running after signing up for all the different services, configuring, troubleshooting, getting Toolbar working, etc... Once I got the bare minimum running, I had that feeling of... if I use this, I have no clue what 90% of the code is doing, it's basically too overwhelming. My advice would be to view next-forge as the end goal. Start with an empty turborepo, and work your way up using it as a guide.

This has got to be the most difficult app to install locally out ever - 11/12 external apps you must register with before you can be up and running locally and then even after all that time spent getting api keys and secret urls - you not guaranteed you'll successfully get the app run.
Are users finding this normal - straightforward and easy - I'd love to know.
