Syntax error in regular expression on IE11 using polyfillsOptimization experimental flag

I have turned on the experimental feature polyfillsOptimization, and on IE11 the app crashes with the following exception:

Having the same issue.
Might be related to this? zloirock/core-js#479
When debugging the minified code seems like its a regex "(?:)" with 'y' (sticky flag) being used.
