how to persist page position on browser back and forth?

hi

live demo could be found at https://fh-web.qa.xencov.net. when i scroll to someplace down the page and add some pages to the history stack repeating so and if i come back, rather than persisting the position where it was last left, it takes me to the bottom of the page somewhere in the range of the website footer.
