No loader for images?

Hello,

I've got this "weird" message saying:

./public/images/new-spotify-version/disgracious.gif 1:6
Module parse failed: Unexpected character '�' (1:6)
You may need an appropriate loader to handle this file type, currently no loaders are configured to process this file. See https://webpack.js.org/concepts#loaders
(Source code omitted for this binary file)

It's a bit as it works well when using those images, and public is the place where we put all our files like images, binaries, etc.
