SSR Catch error and offline

I have SSR in some pages,
every now and then I have an error in the api, or the user himself has no answer for being offline, leaving the "APP" screen, how could I handle this?

When the user does not have the cached page and is offline this happens, it is possible to check if the page
is the page in cache or not? to answer with another? being on SSR?
