Is there any good resource which explain how next really works internally?

I am primarily asking this because i've spent a lot of time reading about how CSR or SSR works but still can't figure out what the different Client and Server Bundles generated on build are, what is used when and and how it really works in a real world scenario.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
