Tree shaking at build time with the help of get static props

Imagine there is a component, huge in size and an api at build time decides whether to show it or not like so

export default function Index(props) {
    return (
           . . .
            {props.data.showOffers && <Offers data={props.data}/>}
           . . .
      )
}

export async function getStaticProps() {
    const res = await fetch(apiUrl);
    const data = await res.json();
    return {
        unstable_revalidate: 86400,
        props: {data: data}
    }
}

so the props are only generated at build time and usually that component doesn't need to be rendered yet is loaded

what if we could intelligently know that and not load the component knowing the prop for it is not going to change
