I would like to create healthcheck module for checking api, mysql/redis connection

I create healthcheck module folder (within modules folder), that contains pages folder, components folder, routes.js.
This idea for easy plugging with another nextjs system.
Do you have idea easy to add/import new routes.js and pages folder within healthcheck module to nextjs?
