What does startTime represent?

Looking at this wiki: https://nextjs.org/docs/advanced-features/measuring-performance

I see startTime, but it says First recorded timestamp of the performance entry

When I log the metrics, I get this: startTime: 26563.330000033602

This doesn't look like a timestamp or anything. How should I interpret this number?
