dynamic layout

Hello i have a problem in my project in pages folder i have 2 folders each one have it's own layout and more than 30 pages i dont like the idea of adding dynamic layout in each pages i'd like if we can do like prototype or scope in javascript add _app.js to the root of the pages and if we want one of the folders to be different than the others we can add _app inside it with the new design like in the case of admin dashboard and user dashboard .
