Pages with variables in them, e.g. /asdf/[foo].tsx cause full refreshes on Next 9.5.x. Anyone else see this?

I don't have a reproduction yet outside of my project, so don't want to muddy up issues. Wondering if anyone else has seen this? Downgrading back to next 9.4.x fixes the problem.
This happens on production builds.
