Nextjs component from React Component or from Bootstrap template.

Hi all,
I have got one free admin dashboard.
https://github.com/coreui/coreui-free-bootstrap-admin-template.
and they have for React too https://github.com/coreui/coreui-free-react-admin-template

As I am new to both React and Nextjs, I am not able to decide which template will be much easy to implement React or Plain Bootstrap.

If you guys have any free NextJs admin template please mention.
