Error deploying with-yarn-workspaces with Vercel

Describe the bug

I can't deploy my app on vercel with exemple with-yarn-workspaces there is an error at deployment when using monorepo deployment

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

1. Run yarn create next-app --example with-yarn-workspaces with-yarn-workspaces-app
2. Publish on github repository
3. Create new monorepo project on Vercel (https://vercel.com/import)
4. Choose packages/web-app with next.js template
5. Click on deploy button

Expected behavior

App deploy withour error
