Reporting an Issue in Github

Just a suggestion for the team....

The process for reporting a bug in NextJS is a fairly laborious process, even for a very simple bug which I can also suggest a fix for but it required me to have access to info I can't get right now to submit the suggestion. I realise you have to do this to stop people wasting your time but it seems it may be disincentivizing people to report bugs.

Closing my own issue as the problem has been remedied and the issue is now out of date.
