Goals
Creating rules for the online linter and its Oxc engine (rust) (based on eslint-config-next)

To use more modern and advanced tools and speed up work
Proposal
I do not know how this function should be implemented, but I think it is possible to negotiate with the developers of Oxc. There is even an extension for vs code already, for convenient linting. I think such advanced tools need to be developed
