Access to youtube iframe api in @next/third-parties/google's YouTubeEmbeded

Goals

YouTubeEmbeded use lite-youtube-embed internally. However, we don't have access to its iframe js api

Non-Goals

Background

We should have some way to get the player so that we can control it.

Like play analytics, seek to certain time, ... etc.

Proposal

Maybe allow to passing a ref and it's will become the Player internally if js-api is enabled.
