Adding strategy prop for ThirdParties(GTM, GA) lib.

Goals

1. Hello, I want to pass the strategy="beforeInteractive" feature to the Script component in the GTM or GA component of the third parties library, but this is not possible. Please, I would be happy if we could send this prop as well.😎 This prop is important for some situations. For example, I want GTM to go in the head tag, not the body tag.
