Request to replace notion-blog template

Goals

1. The current notion-blog template https://vercel.com/templates/next.js/notion-blog uses outdated version of Next.js and Notion sdk, I've forked and updated to latest stack at https://github.com/hughlv/notion-blog, would like to contribute it to the community.

Background

Notion has been iterating quickly and previous approach of fetching data does not work any more, better to use the official SDK.
