Make "fancy" landing page an option during create-next setup

Goals

1. I want to start new next projects without the default nextjs landing page configured. just a simple hello world page.. literally just two page centered words on it "hello world". neutral on neutral. no gradient bg.
2. pretty nextjs lander should still be an option though, maybe true by default. to keep it helpful for newcomers

I don't like cleaning up the default landing page. Please make it stop.
