change language without page reload

I want to implement web application that does not reload page after changing language. I checked every package mentioned here https://nextjs.org/docs/app/building-your-application/routing/internationalization. But they all behave the same manner. I am curious, is it possible to change language without reloading page or it something not achievable with app router?
if it possible, how to make it?
