Are there plans to enable host override on Next?

So coming from

• Node 18.18.2 : unable to override the Host header in fetch nodejs/node#50305
• Allow setting host header in fetch call nodejs/undici#2369

It looks like fetch does not allow you to tinker with the host header. Given that fetch already leverages undici and that you added some wrapper around it to enhance caching, I was wondering if there're any plans to allow these to happen since there are legit use cases for this scenario.
