How to know all available caches in our App

I try to list all available caches live in my Next.js application, so it will easier to delete the cache.

Is there any way to know the available caches? whether it is cache tags or cache paths? Currently, we just blindly purge the layout in our very top page if somethings we suspect happened because of the caches, see below example:

revalidatePath('/', 'layout')

I expect something like:

getAllCaches() // that will return the paths, tags and layout containing the cache
