[PPR] Will PPR support on-demand revalidation?

Im curious if PPR will enhance on-demand ISR (or maybe replace it)? Doesn't say anything on the latest canary docs that would indicate this.

Example usecase:

Let's say we have a product-list, that uses searchparams for filters.
The - filtered data will be streamed in as per PPR specs, however the rest, let's say product-list title and description will be generated on build time. The problem here is, that if you have many product-list's, you will not be able to generate all during build time, thus you will need ISR, however because of how things work now - we are not able to utilize ISR as it doesn't support searchParams.
