Migrating unstable_* options to segment options in App Router

If a developer wants to export pure static contents in Pages Router, they can set unstable_runtimeJS for a page:

export const config: PageConfig = {
  unstable_runtimeJS: false,
};

But it's not available in the segment options if they're using App Router.

I understand this feature is still tagged unstable but it would be better if we have the counterpart in segment options.
