Group layout ignored for not-found

Summary

Moving all my app code to subfolder (main) in order to have a separate root layout for /(test)/test/page.tsx, I to move not-found.tsx to (main) if I want it to keep main's root layout.

However, Next.js seems to ignore a not-found.tsx which is in a (..) group.

Is there a way to fix it
