Turbopack Error: reading the cell content failed

Error message:

reading the cell content failed

Caused by:
- Cell CellId { type_id: ValueTypeId { id: 9, name: "turbo-tasks@TODO::::effect::EffectInstance" }, index: 0 } no longer exists in task <DiskFileSystem as FileSystem>::write (no cell of this type exists)

Debug info:
- Execution of hmr_update_with_issues_operation failed
- reading the cell content failed

I was renaming files within the public directory

Was able to reproduce with Turbopack version: v15.3.0-canary.28-5-g570266a44

Basic pattern is moving an image (a) into a subfolder of /public, renaming a different image (b) and then naming the first image (a) to the old name of the second image (b)
