I have a banner component in my main layout file (src/app/layout.tsx). Sometimes when I click on a Link component I see that it gets re-rendered (the useEffect gets triggered if I make it a client component, and the console.log gets called if I make it an RSC). This doesn't happen with every Link I click on. Any idea why this may be happening?
