I see that someone tried to fix this a couple of years ago, https://github.com/vercel/next.js/pull/59170/files, but somehow the error persists, or perhaps, it wasn't fixed everywhere it had to be fixed at.

It could also be an swc/core issue, as this document I found points at: https://github.com/teabagging/GoogleSheets/blob/d777c496cc0c642ab7c4ec64c130b8a3580fd960/docs/03-demos/02-frontend/19-bundler/21-swcpack.md?plain=1#L71

Though I am not sure either... is it possible to get a hold of the repository that's erroring like this? So that I can make some analysis, and see if the issue is with how Global.set is called in the parse_segment_config_from_source function?
