Performance worse after update 15.3.1 -> 15.3.2

Summary

I have a complex Three.js scene, with react-three/fiber and after going back and forth from 15.3.1 to 15.3.2, it definitely feels like the performance has dropped significantly, the FPS of the scene right after click events. Going back to 15.3.1 fixes the stuttering.

Has something related to click events been touched in that update?
