How / Best way to track clicks on a website?

Summary

I think it is Google Analytics or some other of their services tracks clicks and pages flow and so on..

What if I want to do something similar for my site?

Are there any tools in Vercel that can tracks clicks/actions on a website?

For now it is just something simple... track a click from a link that I am directing to 3rd party website <-- to do this, I could just put an href that will direct to a backend code that will do the redirect and add information to a data table..... sure, I could do it, but are there tools from Vercel already made for this sort of tracking activity in your website?
