I'm on a Windows 11 machine with a Monorepo.
This issue exists in version 15.4.0-canary.23 and 15.4.0-canary.129.
In release version 15.3.5 it works fine (at least for other apps, I cannot the the particular app with 15.3.5 because I need the experimental feature: middleware in NodeJS runtime).

Any ideas?
