I had pass errors headers, the php api throw 400 errors. But the next respone also return the 200 success data???

Could you explain what issue you are experiencing? Which handler is failing?

4xx errors don't cause fetch to throw, and if the payload on res (at the end of the POST request) is json, then it'll work to do .json() and then NextResponse.json will 200 ok with no problem.
