worked for my similar issue. I had a corrupt node_module folder. Deleting node_module andpackage-lock.jsonand doing a clean reinstall of dependencies using npm install. That fixed my issue so i thought. ran npm run dev. Still got a the error for Turbopack so did the npm install next@latest first I deleted node_module & package-lock.json again and did another full reinstall of dependencies. and then i updated next to latest version and then started my server and client with npm dev run. This fixed my issue.
