When use

LayoutProps<"/[locale]"> 

or

PageProps<"/[locale]">

then locale is type of String not Locale

const { locale } = avait params;

in generated types file should use Locale instead string

when try to edit the generated file mannually
change string to Locale type its works correctly

I see - I think this is still a limitation here - same with redirects on middleware and such - because this are generated from code, not the file system structure. Not saying it is impossible, it is just not part of the initial feature set.

Just like the Statically Typed Routes feature can't, right now, infer middleware-redirect as a route, it can't at this time, infer your locale values. Maybe somewhat related: #82820
