How to disable telemetry locally

Summary

I used this command locally:

$ npx next telemetry disable
Next.js' telemetry collection is already disabled.

Status: Disabled

You have opted-out of Next.js' anonymous telemetry program.
No data will be collected from your machine.

But when I run the app, I use a different port and use concurrently:

This is the command I use:

node e2e/setup-e2e-db.js && concurrently -k -s first "CI=true npm run dev -- --port 45678" "docker-compose -f e2e/docker-compose.yml up --abort-on-container-exit"

And I get this message:

I use docker, but the app doesn't use docker.

I'd pass NEXT_TELEMETRY_DISABLED=1 or make it available in the environments where it matters (it is at the very bottom of the telemetry document you shared)
